MANILA, PHILIPPINES, MARCH 1, 2021 — The Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP), through its National Registry (NR) Program, is currently working on a list of freelance film and audiovisual workers to be submitted to the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) for consideration for the Bayanihan to Recover as One Act (Bayanihan 2) financial assistance worth PHP 5,000 to PHP 8,000.

Upload at least one (1) proof of engagement for any of the engagements you listed above. The acceptable proofs are listed as well.

Upload a 1x1 photo of you with a white background, and a copy of one (1) valid government-issued ID. The acceptable IDs are listed for your reference.

Agree to our terms of agreement by ticking the boxes. Write your full name on the space provided, then upload a copy of your e-signature.
You can do this digitally.
If unavaible, you can (1) write your signature on a clear, white paper, then (2) take a photo of your signature. You can now upload this image as your e-signature.
