Royal Rescue EMS-OSH Consultancy has full of competent Safety Officers and Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs). We ensure safety protocols are observed and we provide emergency medical care to our client's staff and personnel. We guarantee that all our people have gone through rigorous training and extensive work experience so we can provide the best service that our clients deserve.
Our Safety Officers embody the proactive component of our group. They routinely perform hazard identification, assessment, and management. They ensure compliance with workplace safety standards. The focal point of their duty is on Disaster Mitigation and Prevention with particular attention given to risk reduction activities. Relative to recent health risks, they ensure that IATF COVID-19 protocols are strictly observed.
Our Emergency Medical Technicians represent our reactive component. They are responsible for the immediate and primary treatment of injuries and illnesses in pre-hospital settings. They are tasked with Rapid Disaster Response and to perform immediate life-saving activities as well as to conduct emergency search and rescue. They also provide continuous care, support, and evaluation of patients
our operation is under the supervision of the Occupational, Safety, and Health Center (OSHC) under the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Department of Health NCR has been Licensed to Operate Nationwide (DOH-LTO), with a certified safety officer and health officer, licensed to operate nationally within the Philippines DTI Reg. No. 2068966, with BIR Reg. No. 4RC0001473747, FDCP reg. no. 02142227, also in supervision of Film Development Councils of the Philippines (FDCP) to prevent and maintained each protocol will be amended and strictly complied at all phases, with IATF Reg. no. L7376 Inter-Agency Task Force Covid-19 (IATF). With themes ‘’ we value our partnership in health and safety.
Royal Rescue Preparedness Fleet EMS-OSH Consultancy (RRPF) through its Safety & Events Risk Management Team shall aim to ensure the safety and security of the artists, talents, staff, and crew during the event. Also, we will ensure the protection of the stage, front of stage, backstage artist drop-off area, and the VIP, the area being occupied by clients, (referred hereafter as “controlled area”).
Safety & Events Risk Management will institute mitigation measures to abate identified hazards & imminent dangers, coordinate & deploy emergency response units from various agencies & service providers & establish an incident command system (ICS) during mass casualty incidents (MCI).
a. ROYAL Safety Risk Management will identify & recommend safety measures for identified hazards. All “IMMINENT DANGERS” as tagged & identified will have to be reported to the Events Risk Management Officer, Safety and Events Risk Management for spot correction and other corrective actions.
b. All physical, structural & electrical hazards (stage set-up, equipment, etc) will be checked by the Safety Officer before the start of the event.

Safety Protocol officer (SPO) –in charge of maintaining and facilitating the health and safety protocol at all phases, reporting and conducting safety briefing, classification of hazard and risk assessment, emergency preparedness response plan, and setting a plan for prevention and mitigation against in covid-19.
b. Emergency and Disaster Planning and Coordination encompassing phases of disaster management activities:
Mitigation - hazard mapping, installation of safety devices,
Preparedness - development of emergency response plan, fire and earthquake drills
Response – conduct immediate life-saving activities, search and rescue
