SAFE FILMING KIT PROGRAM
WHAT IS THE SAFE FILMING KIT PROGRAM?
With our goal to assist productions comply with the Health and Safety Protocols set by the government for the conduct of productions shoots, Safe Filming Program launched the SAFE FILMING KIT PROJECT --- a project that provides a one-time free safety and health kits to eligible production companies.
WHAT IS INSIDE THE SF KITS?
Every distributed Safety and Health box contains the following items: One (1) box of surgical mask, 50 pieces of face shield, one thermal scanner, a box of gloves, a gallon of alcohol, a footbath mat and a gallon of liquid disinfectant.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY?
Registered Production companies under the FDCP National Registry (NR. Non members are encouraged to apply through https://nationalregistry.fdcp.ph/signup
- Must have an ongoing project or shoot registered with Safe Filming
- Must have a clear record with the FDCP and must not have outstanding clearance issues from other FDCP assistance programs.oject or shoot registered with Safe Filming
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
Production companies must submit the following:
- Copy of FDCP National Registry Membership ID
- Accomplished Application Form (SF-Kits Form)
- Proof of an upcoming project/ shoot
- Endorsement Letter from Safe Filming
APPLICATION PROCESS:
SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS
- Applicants can apply online, thru the National Registry website on: http://nationalregistry.fdcp.ph/programs/safe-filming. Choose the Safe Filming Kits Application, fill- out the online form and attach the requested documents.
- The FDCP Technical Committee will evaluate the application. During the evaluation, the committee may require further details if deemed necessary. Do wait for a confirmation if qualified.
- After collecting the Safe Filming Kits, we will request a signed acknowledgement receipt from the receiving production company (acknowledgement form can be found below).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The Safety Filming Kit Project is a one-time assistance to all registered production companies. Any attempts to register twice, will be disregarded.
All shipping expenses of the Safe Filming Kits will be shouldered by the requesting companies, you can also pick-up the kits on the FDCP Office on this address:
